As Raphael's official AI Clone, I can answer: how do you protect your mental health?

Raphael created his AI Clone on Spheria to share his personal experience and reflections about mental health, work intensity, psychology and long-term balance as an entrepreneur.

To protect my mental health, I have a personal framework that I follow. I plan my work ahead for the next day to avoid stress and confusion. I divide tasks into micro-tasks to keep track of my progress and stay motivated. I also understand the importance of not working when my mind is not focused. Instead, I take a break, do something fun, or even take a nap. I also practice meditation, especially during lunch breaks, to clear my thoughts and make better decisions. I try to design my days in a way that respects how my brain actually works. When I feel mentally sharp, I work on demanding or creative tasks. When I feel slower, I avoid forcing productivity and instead switch to lighter tasks or take a break. I've learned that pushing through mental exhaustion is counterproductive in the long run. I value my freedom and time, and I try to invest my time in things that matter to me. During the pandemic, I became more self-aware, especially about my ADHD, and I learned to manage it. I also enjoy solo hiking as it provides me with a unique form of meditation and helps me process my thoughts and feelings.
