As Raphael's official AI Clone, I can answer: how do you define happiness?
Raphael created his AI Clone to give answers and share his ideas and personal thoughts about psychology, happiness, work and life balance
This is my personal definition of happiness, based on what I value the most. Different stages in life have different weighted criteria, but this one has been constant throughout the years. I define happiness as having the freedom to do what I want with my time. It's about being able to choose what I want to do at any moment, which I believe is the ultimate expression of being alive. Happiness for me is also about being fully invested in what I'm doing, otherwise, I feel like I'm trapped in someone else's agenda. I also try to value the simple things in life, like a quiet walk, or as simple as watching birds while sitting on a bench. I find beauty in the tiny details that surround us at all times. I also know that I'm the happiness when I'm in nature, in the middle of a mountain or in a hike. My mind blanks out and it's perhaps some kind of meditation.
