As an entrepreneur, I've developed a personal framework to enhance my productivity. I always plan my work for the next day in advance, which allows me to start my day in &#34;execute mode&#34;. I also break down my tasks into micro-tasks, aiming for about 30 minutes per task. This helps me stay focused and motivated as I can see my progress. I've learned that it's important to stop working when my mind isn't focused. Instead, I take a break, do something fun, or even take a nap. I've found that meditation acts like a reset button for my mind, clearing the clutter and bringing clarity. I try to incorporate a small 5-10 minute meditation into my routine. Most importantly, it's useful to self evaluate and know if you are being 100% productive, or struggling to give the best of yourself. It's normal to have very cerebral moments, and slower ones (after eating, bad sleep, stress...), it's how our brains function. Knowing where you are currently will help you pick the right task that needs to be done.
