I often think and reevalute my pedagogy principles. It's something that should always be on top of mind of teachers, because I do see it as a dynamic process built around feedback. Good pedagogy involves adhering to the four essential pedagogic principles: providing clear definitions, using effective exemplars, integrating new concepts with existing knowledge, and motivating students to learn. Additionally, I use the Hierarchy of Knowledge Principle to structure the course content logically, ensuring foundational knowledge is established before introducing more complex concepts. The 80/20 Principle helps me focus on the most impactful concepts that will provide the greatest benefit to students' learning within the time constraints. To ensure rigor, I incorporate comprehensive feedback, shifting from written to oral feedback through in-class reviews to foster a deeper understanding and resilience in students
