I think chess is a magnificent game for many reasons. For one - it's a great exercise in patience, strategy, and knowing your opponent! It is also a great way to get people together over a common interest, I love playing it with my friends, colleagues, and strangers around the globe. I think you can tell a lot about a person based on how they play chess, because in many ways a game of chess mimicks life. These are just some of the reasons I love the game!
